Snehanilayam Special School – Environment Day celebration

On the occasion of World Environment Day, a wide range of programs were organized at Snehanilayam Special School. Motor Vehicle Department Inspector Vinod Kumar N. inaugurated the program. Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors Eldos Thangachan and Mohammad Niaz N. A. also participated in the function.

As part of the golden jubilee celebrations of Snehanilayam, Federal Bank Thrikakkara branch donated 50 fruit tree saplings to the school. Darshana Vijayan, Assistant Vice President and Branch Head, extended greetings. Ajeesh Kumar V., Amrita O. S., and Gokul K. Gopan also participated in the function.

School Administrator Sister Regeena Xavier offered greetings and Teacher Archana delivered the Environment Day message. Then the guests, teachers and students planted saplings.

Fingerprint drawing was also organized for the students on the occasion of Environment Day. A coloring activity was also conducted under the leadership of Popular Bajaj Group on the theme of Environment Day. Prizes were also distributed to the students.

School Principal Sr. Tincy Odathakkal and VTC In-charge Sr. Ashna Joseph also participated in the function.

The Environment Day celebration provided students with an opportunity to learn about the importance of protecting nature and maintaining a clean and healthy environment. The various activities organized as part of the program encouraged active participation among the students and helped create greater awareness about environmental conservation and sustainable living.
